Payments made through SwiftEnroll are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe). By submitting payment information, you authorize us to process transactions as necessary to provide our Services.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

SwiftEnroll facilitates enrollment but does not control the refund and cancellation policies of the activity providers. Please review the specific policies of the program or organization you are registering with.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services

All content, trademarks, and materials provided through the Services are owned by SwiftEnroll LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SwiftEnroll provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftEnroll disclaims all liability for any damages arising out of your use of the Services.
