Class-Based Pricing

At Lawrence Special Activities, we understand that different activities have different costs. That's why our pricing is class-dependent, allowing us to offer a wide variety of high-quality programs.

Factors that may affect class pricing include:

• Specialized equipment or materials needed
• Instructor expertise and qualifications
• Number of sessions
• Duration of each class

Refunds

Generally no refunds are available once classes begin. We do not refund tuition for individual missed classes. If you request a refund before the first class and that request is granted, an Admin Fee/Convenience Fee will be deducted from your refund.

Financial Aid

We believe that financial circumstances should not be a barrier to educational opportunities. Lawrence Special Activities offers financial aid to eligible families.

How Financial Aid Works

• Financial aid is requested per family (account) for each enrollment session.
• Opt in to financial aid during enrollment and at the start of each subsequent session.
• You will be contacted if more information is required to process your financial aid request.
• Your payment for reserved classes will not be processed until your financial aid request is decided on.
• Your financial aid will be automatically applied and payment collected upon approval or denial.

All financial aid information is kept strictly confidential. Our goal is to ensure that every child has access to the enrichment activities they desire.
