Class-Based Pricing

At Lawrence Special Activities, we understand that different activities have different costs. That's why our pricing is class-dependent, allowing us to offer a wide variety of high-quality programs.

Factors that may affect class pricing include:

• Specialized equipment or materials needed
• Instructor expertise and qualifications
• Number of sessions
• Duration of each class

Refunds

Generally no refunds are available once classes begin. We do not refund tuition for individual missed classes. If you request a refund before the first class and that request is granted, an Admin Fee/Convenience Fee will be deducted from your refund.

Financial Aid

We believe that financial circumstances should not be a barrier to educational opportunities. Lawrence Special Activities offers financial aid to eligible families.

How Financial Aid Works

• Financial aid is requested per family (account) for each enrollment session.
• Opt in to financial aid during enrollment and at the start of each subsequent session.
• You will be contacted if more information is required to process your request.
• You can not pay for classes until your financial aid is decided on.
• Your financial aid will be applied directly at checkout following approval.
• Financial aid may only be applied to classes that do not have a wait list.
• Financial aid available may vary from session to session and is not guaranteed from one session to the next.
• If you are approved for financial aid, it is expected that the student will attend a majority of the classes. If there is a significant absence from the class, the student/family may not be considered for financial aid in the future.

All financial aid information is kept strictly confidential. Our goal is to ensure that every child has access to the enrichment activities they desire.
