Our youngest sorcerers in K-2, get ready to unravel the secrets of piece movement and capturing. They learn the magical dance of check, the powerful spell of checkmate, and understand the values of their pieces. The wizard sprinkles in basic tactics, opening ideas, and the art of thinking ahead! Now, for the more seasoned magicians in grades 3-5, things get even more enchanting! Master the art of check and checkmate, solve Checkmate-in-1 puzzles with ease, and become skilled in the art of tactics. Learn the secrets of basic endgames and discover the spell to victory when they’re ahead. Starting to think about the opponent’s plans along with their own. *Students will be paired according to skill level.*
